The Manhattan Property Inventory Report for 5/26/13 shows a continuation of the recent trend as 22 new listings came on the market yesterday, but 21 new contracts for sales were signed and 3 properties left the market. For the 9th consecutive day, supply shrinks again( My previous consecutive day counts were incorrect as I did not allow for the days prior to my beginning tabulation). There are 4873 units available for sale in Manhattan. The lowest recorded number in the last 5 years is 4491 recorded in December 2012.
