When buying you're first home it's pretty much listen to your professionals, agent, lawyer & accountant and wait as the process unfolds. But if you are selling, you have the additional issues of timing. And they are significant! Not pairing up your timelines can result in having to carry two properties at once for a period of time. In NYC, that can be a significant number. Below is the timeline for a selling a home in NYC.
