And supply dips one more time to another new low for this move down, though the rate of decline definitely slowed over the last two days. The last time inventory was this low was 1/16/13. Yesterdays data shows 2 more units disappearing from supply. There are 4711 units available for sale in Manhattan. The lowest recorded number in the last 5 years is 4491 recorded in Late December 2012.Todays chart shows onr yars worth of data. You can clearly see that demand (Pending Sales, Blue Line) is well above all data for the year as it is eating up supply like Pac Man (Active listings, Red Line) like Pac Man.
